ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Very delicate wine with a fine and aromatic perlarge. The scents of fresh fruit abide in it, sweet and balanced, in the mouth it is soft and at the same time dry with light notes of acidity. Intriguing and very delicate aromas make this wine extremely pleasant, fresh and characteristic. It contains the liveliness and verve of the Venetian living.

COLOR: Bright straw yellow.

SOIL: Grapes belonging to the soils of the Venezia Doc, clayey soil, supported by the river Piave and enriched by the properties of the sea.

PAIRING: excellent wine for aperitifs in company, shellfish, fresh fish and cheeses. To be served at 6-8°C in medium or flute glasses.

GRAPES: 100% Glera.


To be considered as an Extra Dry Prosecco, it must have a very specific residual sugar content between 12 and 17 g/L. Prosecco Extra-Dry DOC Millesimato Miglio Rosso has a residual sugar content of 14 g/L, releases very fresh and pleasant notes, and delights the palate with its persistent sparkling.
