ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: A wine with a balanced body, it distinguishes itself thanks to a full, generous, and finely tannic taste. Its fascinating aromas are reminiscent of the rich sweetness of red fruit jam, with blackberry, strawberry, and raspberry notes. The production area is DOC Piave, in the province of Venice, characterized by predominantly clayey alluvial soils of the plains.
COLOR: Deep ruby red with violet reflections.
FOOD PAIRINGS: A red wine suitable for matching roasts of beef, pork, and sheep, as well as well-aged cow’s milk cheeses.
