To be considered as an Extra Dry Prosecco, it must have a very specific residual sugar content between 12 and 17 g\/L. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong>: Very delicate wine with a fine and aromatic perlarge. The scents of fresh fruit abide in it, sweet and balanced, in the mouth it is soft and at the same time dry with light notes of acidity. Intriguing and very delicate aromas make this wine extremely pleasant, fresh and characteristic. It contains the liveliness and verve of the Venetian living.<\/p>\n

COLOR<\/strong>: Bright straw yellow.<\/p>\n

SOIL<\/strong>: Grapes belonging to the soils of the Venezia Doc, clayey soil, supported by the river Piave and enriched by the properties of the sea.<\/p>\n
