ORGANOLEPTIC<\/strong> CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong>: Wine rich in aromas, with a balanced and delicate taste. Fruity hints of rose and violet, then morello cherry with mineral hints. Flavor and freshness are greatly balanced, with a vegetal and fruity recurrence that becomes pleasant and harmonious with present, almost discreet tannins. It is one of the most easily recognizable red wines, harmonious flavor and enriched by a bouquet of ripe fruit. It is one of the latest grapes to reach maturity and the time in the bottle allows it to further enrich itself.<\/p>\n

COLOR<\/strong>: Ruby red with violet reflections.<\/p>\n

SOIL<\/strong>: Grapes belonging to the soils of the Doc Venezia, clayey soil, enriched by the properties of the sea.<\/p>\n
